Live Gatlinburg Webcams

If you are away from Gatlinburg and missing the majestic mountain views and unique attractions, try viewing one of the city’s live Gatlinburg webcams. The Gatlinburg Space Needle’s WebCam offers a bird’s eye view of the city and the surrounding mountains at any time of the day or night. Several other Gatlinburg attractions also have webcams.

1. Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg

Cabin rental company Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg has a webcam pointed straight at the parkway. The camera’s southwest-facing angle gives you a clear picture of the traffic and weather in Gatlinburg on any given day.

2. Hog’s and Honey’s

Hogs and Honeys webcam

For an eastern view of the parkway, the webcam mounted on the balcony at Hog’s and Honey’s offers the best view. This camera shows a clear picture of tourists walking on the street below, under the golden arches of the McDonald’s sign. This camera streams for a few minutes, then refreshes, so the display may be delayed by a few seconds.

3. Cooter’s Place

Cooter’s has an advantageous viewpoint of the north end of the Parkway. Their webcam faces west, and shows the Little Pigeon River and the entrance to the Greystone Lodge and Ripley’s Aquarium.

4. Blaine’s Grill & Bar

For a view right in the center of the action, the webcam from Blaine’s Grill and Bar is the perfect choice. The camera faces soutwest at the corner of the Parkway and Airport  Road, near some of the area’s most popular attractions.

5. Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Look Rock Webcam

The National Park Service has webcams installed at both Purchase Knob and Look Rock. Look Rock’s camera is in a strategic location where, depending on the camera’s current angle, you can see Mount LeConte, Clingman’s Dome or even Cades Cove. Due to a lack of artificial lighting, the National Park’s cameras only work during daylight hours or on nights where the moon is particularly bright.

Every day in the Smokies brings something new and beautiful. Nothing can replace the sensation of crisp mountain air against your skin or the taste of a foot-long corn dog, but these webcams can at least help you appease the Gatlinburg longing between your trips to our one-of-a-kind town.
